The 2024 Girl Scout cookie season is here!

Key Dates

  • Early January – ALL Troop Cookie Chairs (returning or new) *must* complete mandatory trainings in MyGS before eBudde access is provided; once completed, will take ~2-5 business days for Council to MANUALLY load you and active your eBudde access
  • 1/22 (Monday) – (1) Girls sent email to setup their online/digital store. (2) Troop Cookie Chairs submit the Initial Orders in eBudde before 8pm (PST)
  • TBA – Livermore booths loaded into eBudde for troops to sign-up
  • 1/29 (Monday) – Girl online stores open for pre-sales
  • 2/10 (Saturday) – Delivery Day (“D-Day”) of cookies from warehouses to Troops; Troop Cookie Parents will contact troop families to arrange for pickup
  • 2/11 (Sunday) – Cookie sales open
  • 2/12 (Monday) – Livermore booths open and are available through the end of the sale (Sunday, 3/17)
  • 3/1 (Friday) – Council’s first ACH draw of all cookies assigned to the Troop takes place
  • 3/17 (Sunday) – The sale ends for both in-person and online sales
  • 3/20 (Wednesday) – Troops Cookie Chairs must submit final prizes/rewards in eBudde
  • 3/24 (Sunday) – Any Past Due accounts are reported by Troops to Council to arrange for final payments
  • 3/29 (Friday) – Second of two ACH draws takes place
  • Mid-May – Prizes/rewards are ESTIMATED to be distributed from Council to the SU
